Security Mobile Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, posting requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter, to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control practices, crowd management, and compliance with location rules and expectations.;
Observe and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and suspicious behavior, and provide assistance with directions, escorts, and other customer service needs when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public responders as needed.
