Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, payments, and vendor maintenance.
• Track and monitor grant funding allocations and expenditures to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
• Utilize strong Excel skills to maintain spreadsheets, track budgets, analyze data, and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare financial, budgetary, and statistical reports.
• Process receipts, deposits, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and funding agencies.

Qualifications
