Administrative Assistant - Admin

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an  
** Administrative Assistant
** to work at a facility in
** Kingston, NY.
** These are  _registry_  positions with our company.

** Pay Rate: ** $20 / hour

** Shift details:*
* + M-F 8:30 AM-5 PM

** Position requires experience and skill in the following:*
* + Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms.

+ Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services.

+ Managing multiple tasks

+ Ability to meet required time lines and prioritize duties to meet those time lines.

+ Ability to process applications, register and review for completion

+ Ability to learn specific computer programs specific to ACCES-VR

+ Duties, include but not limited to:

+ Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets) Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)

+ Data entry

+ Emailing, scanning and faxing duties

+ Reception desk coverage

+ Processing mail

+ Corresponding with and answering customer questions Scheduling appointments
