* Responsible for the maintenance of the hemodialysis machines and water systems.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of Bicarb delivery system, R/O water system, and hemodialysis machine.
* Assists with receiving, storage and rotation of Dialysis supply inventory.
* Maintains essential records for QC Monitoring.
* Responsible for monitoring eye wash and refrigerator monitoring logs.
* Assists with break down of Dialysis machines as needed.
* Assists with patient transfers and weighing as needed.
* Adheres to Infection Control practices in the Dialysis unit.
* Adheres to patient confidentiality.
* Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
* EXPERIENCE
* Prefer 1 yr hospital experience and / or 1 yr hemodialysis experience
* EDUCATION
* Minimum - High School diploma; preferred - 2 yr. College degree
* LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
* BLS Certification
