Production Helper

Our client, an industry leader in recycling and waste management, is seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting recycling and waste processing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range: $16.00/hr*
* ** Shift:
** Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 7am to 3:00pm, with potential additional days in summer months

** What's the Job?*
* + Sort recycled items such as cans, glass, and plastic bottles from conveyor belts into designated chutes or bins

+ Assist with other recycling duties including handling E-waste, concrete, and trash pickup when sorting line is not active

+ Help direct traffic and maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Support team members with general helper duties as needed

+ Maintain safety standards by wearing provided PPE and following safety protocols

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform reaching, bending, or squatting tasks

+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and help where needed

+ Own reliable transportation to and from the work site

+ Must wear S/T work boots or shoes and bring your own PPE if preferred

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided
