Our client, a leader in custom woodworking and construction support, is seeking a dedicated Production Woodworker to join their team. As a Production Woodworker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department, supporting the creation of high-quality flooring, staircases, and other wood projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well in a team environment and follow safety protocols.

Location:
Kingston, NY
Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to start with pay increases based on performance and attendance.
Shift: 1st shift, hours are generally from 8:00 - 8:30 am to 4:00 - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility based on client needs.
What's the Job?
- Assist in the wood shop with custom flooring, staircases, and other woodworking projects.
- Feed lumber into or offload from machines, ensuring smooth workflow and safety.
- Sand, stack, and inspect lumber for quality and consistency.
- Use hand or power tools to sand or route wood components.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area to promote safety and efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Prior woodworking experience; training provided on custom processes.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. as needed.
- Neat and clean casual dress code with work boots.
- Creative design experience or education is a plus for selecting and matching wood grains for design patterns.
