Metal Fabrication Worker
Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Metal Fabrication Worker to join their team. As a Metal Fabrication Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the fabrication and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $24.00-$25.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
What's the Job?
- Operate metal fabrication equipment such as semi-automated sheet metal folders, metal sheers, CNC cutting tables, and other machinery.
- Assist with fabricating, cutting, shaping, and assembling raw metal parts according to technical plans and blueprints.
- Work with the roller shade fabrication team to cut fabric, tubes, and assemble blinds.
- Pack and palletize finished orders ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training in welding or metalworking is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a shop or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read blueprints and operate heavy machinery or CNC equipment.
- Experience with metal fabrication processes such as cutting, shaping, welding, and assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
