TJX - - Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean store environment with focus on floor care and operate scrubber and buffer;
Dust mopping and damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows;
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and support front end coverage as needed;
Cross-train in multiple store areas and maintain safety and cleanliness standards;
Communicate effectively with management and associates
