Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing guidance;
Train associates on processes and procedures and promote quality member service;
Oversee club pickup and ecommerce-related operations (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly;
Monitor safety and compliance, conduct safety sweeps, and address unsafe conditions;
Develop and implement processes to improve pickup efficiency and overall club operations.
