Maintenance Mechanic Technician

Our client, a manufacturing and facilities management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting operations and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $27.00-$30.00/hr

** Shift:
** Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain, service, and conduct minor repairs on over 50 specialized sewing machines, CNC machines, grommet/snap setting machines, and hot/cold knife cutters.

+ Develop, document, and manage a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program for all machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

+ Perform building maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and plastering to support facility operations.

+ Oversee and coordinate with skilled trades and contractors responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

+ Assist in tracking service requests, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.

+ Ability to perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on complex equipment and facilities.

+ Strong organizational skills to develop and manage maintenance schedules.
