Position: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Kingston, Pennsylvania

Qualifications:
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and credentials (CCC required)
  • Experience as a school-based SLP, with a strong understanding of early childhood developmental milestones
  • Expertise in conducting a high volume of speech-language evaluations for preschool and kindergarten-aged students
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to manage approximately 130 evaluations efficiently
  • Comfort working onsite in a dedicated, energetic school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for early childhood students in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Develop, document, and present evaluation outcomes clearly and professionally
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and support staff to facilitate smooth evaluation processes and communicate findings
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, offering data-driven recommendations for services
  • Maintain timely, accurate records and adhere to confidentiality requirements
  • Serve as a resource to families and educators regarding students' speech and language needs
