Key Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

• Active LPN or LVN license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or youth behavioral health preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, patient monitoring, and medication administration skills
• Compassionate, attentive, and able to build rapport with school-aged children
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and comply with school protocols

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized nursing care for a specific student throughout the school day
• Monitor health status and implement care as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and other school staff to ensure student safety and health
• Support emergency interventions and participate in health-related school activities as needed
