Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8am-4pm (occasional Fridays)
As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome and engage with our patients with a warm, professional demeanor as our number one priority.
- Orchestrate efficient patient schedules to create a seamless experience that optimizes office flow and exceeds patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient documents and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Build lasting patient relationships by consistently delivering exceptional, positive experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance goals with a customer-focused approach.
- Either 1 year of experience in dental or healthcare environments or ability to learn on the job
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of Dental operations
- Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Experience with Dental Software
