This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse located in Kingston, TN. The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver high-quality care to residents, administer medications, monitor health conditions, provide routine medical care, and assist with daily activities. Responsibilities will also include documenting healthcare information, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires compassion, efficiency, and dedication to improve the quality of life for senior residents.

• Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and health monitoring
• Strong documentation, record-keeping, and attention to detail skills
• Effective teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of senior care practices, health and safety standards, and relevant medical regulations
• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living environments is beneficial
