What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and document individuals' health status throughout the shift
• Support evening routines, including medication passes and wellness checks
• Collaborate with IDD Caregivers and team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards
• Provide clinical guidance and support to direct care staff

What You Bring

We're looking for dependable, compassionate nurses who thrive in a team setting:

• Active LPN license in Tennessee
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently during evening hours
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Healthcare experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• $28.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)
• Shift differential available for 2nd shift
