Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide home health visits in Tennessee. The RN will coordinate patient care, oversee visit frequency, and communicate with physicians and office staff to ensure comprehensive and timely care.
The role requires active RN licensure in the state, with preferred one year of home health experience and solid knowledge of current nursing practices and OASIS data collection. Eligible for our 60% paid days-off program.
