Salary: 29.00 - 32.00 USD / HOUR
What You’ll Do- Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to leadership
- Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with care planning and resident wellness initiatives
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
- Collaborate with caregivers, medication aides, and department leaders to provide exceptional care
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for serving older adults
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
