Job Title: Cabinetry Design & Sales Consultant

Location: Roane County, TN & surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly + Commission

Job Overview:

Tri Star Interiors is seeking a motivated Cabinetry Design & Sales Consultant to work directly with homeowners on cabinetry, closet, and flooring projects. This role requires someone who is comfortable both designing and selling
, and who can manage projects from initial consultation through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Design kitchens, baths, and closets using 2020 Design software
• Meet with clients, present design solutions, and guide them through the buying process
• Prepare quotes, review pricing, and close sales
• Measure job sites and coordinate with installers and vendors
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client communication

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in cabinetry design and sales preferred
• Proficiency in 2020 Design
• Confidence discussing pricing and options with clients
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Compensation:

• Hourly pay + commission
