The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely communication with clients in a fast‑paced produce packaging environment. This role supports daily operations by maintaining accurate order records, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the ERP system.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, packaging, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order documentation.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with invoicing, documentation, and reporting as required.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in produce, food manufacturing, or packaging environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.

This position operates in an office environment within a produce packaging facility and requires regular coordination with warehouse and production teams.
