Vital Check Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide onsite care at two South Texas workplace clinics. The role requires 2 recurring weekday clinical days per month, approx. 8 hours per shift, with responsibility for chronic disease management and preventive care.
The NP must hold Texas licensure (NP), current FNP certification, and BLS/ACLS. Ability to perform phlebotomy, work independently, and use electronic charting is required.
