This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Kingsville, TX. The Maintenance Engineer will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and appeal of facilities and equipment at the property. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

The Maintenance Engineer will collaborate with other team members to maintain the property in optimal condition and create a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

• Technical skills in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and addressing equipment and building issues
• Ability to operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field is beneficial
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying tasks
