Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for QSR and retail remodels and new construction. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience as Project Manager in fast food restaurant construction and be able to effectively manage 5-10 projects at a time while coordinating with Superintendents, Owners, and Design Professionals throughout all stages of construction. This position requires heavy travel throughout NC, SC, GA, VA, and TN.
Responsibilities- Estimate and track project budgets.
- Create and implement project schedules.
- Ensure project profitability and control costs.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Track change orders and RFIs to owners and subcontractors.
- Maintain adherence to all contract documentation.
- Enforce site safety standards and regulations.
- Deliver the project within the allotted timeframe.
- Obtain all closeout documents.
- Ensure timely punch list completion.
- Read and understand blueprints thoroughly.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in fast food restaurant construction.
- Ability to manage 5-10 projects concurrently.
- Strong coordination skills with Superintendents, Owners, and Design Professionals.
- Willingness to travel extensively across NC, SC, GA, VA, and TN.
