Neuse Enterprises Inc is seeking a full-time Work Adjustment Training Coach to support individuals with disabilities in acquiring job skills within a vocational rehabilitation setting. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
You will assess clients, develop and implement training plans, provide instruction, and offer on-site coaching to ease transitions to competitive employment. The role emphasizes collaboration with employers and case management.
