** The Airbus Aerosystems Kinston facility sits at the forefront of aerospace manufacturing, specializing in the production of large, advanced composite aerostructures. Our team builds critical components for the state-of-the-art Airbus A350 XWB, including the composite center fuselage and wing spar.

**** Your Challenges:
***** Perform root cause analyses. Recommends and supports the implementation of corrective actions that are necessary to reduce or eliminate nonconformance to design specifications.
* Performs investigation from the shop floor to the engineering lab to identify and eradicate defects from the product using numerous Root Cause Analysis Tools.
* Interfaces with company employees, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
* Has capability to understand the build process on the manufacturing line, engineering requirements on the drawing, planning operational requirements, and then able to correlate the three to ensure that they are in line or identify gaps.
* Has the capability to work with the team and develop PFMEAs and control Plan.
* Apply knowledge of quality policies and practices to develop, document, and maintain quality systems and operating procedures.
* Developed and create FAIs for customer presentations in Net-Inspect
* Support the review and inspection of supplier-related hardware - Document First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for internally produced hardware.
* Ability to plan and coordinate improvements in manufacturing (e.g., hardware and tool acceptance, variability reduction and assembly operations, etc.).
* Finalize First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) / data collections.
* Interfaces with company employees, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
