West seeks a Lean/Continuous Improvement professional in North Carolina to coordinate goals using lean techniques, plan and execute process projects, and drive annual targets, including waste reduction.
You will develop dashboards (Power BI/Excel) to track KPIs, provide technical advice, and lead cross-functional teams in cost saving and root cause analysis.
Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 3 years in medical device;
Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred; travel up to 5%.
