We are seeking a Digital Shopfloor Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the aerospace sector. In this role, you will support the deployment and ongoing optimization of digital shopfloor applications, ensuring smooth operations and high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day support to users of shopfloor digital applications, ensuring efficient and effective usage.
- Deliver training sessions and onboard new users to tools and processes.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to the definition and documentation of evolution requests and enhancements.
- Manage incidents and service requests using the ITSM platform (Service Now).
- Monitor application performance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare regular status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure clear visibility on progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes for stakeholders.
- Proven experience supporting IT solutions and end users in a professional environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Experience writing technical documentation (e.g., BRD, functional specifications).
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with end users and translate business needs into requirements.
- Good understanding of digital technologies and their application in the aerospace sector.
- Knowledge of aerospace composite manufacturing processes is an asset.
- Familiarity with aerospace regulations, standards, and best practices is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with aerospace industry clients is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- English (required).
- French (nice to have).
