Job Title
This role serves as a local AI champion, coach, and solution scout-upskilling local teams on foundational tools, framing operational problems into concrete AI use cases, defining solution designs, and managing the handoff to technical build teams.
Required Skills/Background- 4+ years of experience in technical business analysis, digital transformation coaching, IT management, or technology consulting-preferably within an industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency with Generative AI tools and low-code/no-code automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into structured technical requirements (data inputs, prompt strategies, RAG needs, agentic task flow) without needing to write production code.
- Outstanding interpersonal and workshop facilitation skills; comfortable engaging shop-floor engineers, business managers, and senior executive stakeholders alike.
- Proven track record of bridging non-technical business units and central/deep-technical engineering teams.
