Landscaping Laborer

Job Description

If working outdoors is your kind of thing, this is the job for you! We're looking for laborers to help landscape, weed-eat, and mow for $15/HR.

Responsibilities can include removing leaves, blowing, edging, and pulling weeds from landscaping beds. You must wear closed-toed shoes and work pants. You have to have reliable transportation.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.

Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
