Requirements

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards. They work with leadership to set goals and create plans to achieve them. The GM leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching. The GM may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.

Ideal candidates have previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations, preferably with a background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
