Warehouse Production Worker

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Production Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will have reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Kinston, NC

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift: Monday–Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am–1:00pm

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret work orders to understand production requirements
• Use power equipment to fabricate materials according to work orders
• Pull, box, and bundle orders for shipment efficiently
• Perform basic math calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained during production activities

What's Needed?

• Experience operating forklifts
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately - assessment required
• Ability to pass a math assessment
