Operator I

Essential Job Functions:

• Follow all Company Rules and Regulations as described in the Field Controls Employee Manual
• Observe all Safety Rules and Regulations and report Safety concerns
• Maintain housekeeping to acceptable levels and perform 5S+1 audits as assigned
• Manufacture, assemble and pack materials and / or finished goods as described in the provided documentation.
• Perform work to expected quality and production standards
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Meet all cross-training requirements within assigned team to progress to next Operator II.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Successfully complete and maintain all the requirements of an Operator I
• Have no disciplinary actions within the last 12 months
• Must meet all cross-training requirements within other teams within the department to progress to Operator III

• Successfully complete and maintain all the requirements of an Operator II
• Meet all performance and attendance requirements
• Have no disciplinary actions within the last 12 months
• Must meet all cross departmental training requirements
