Are you a dedicated healthcare professional ready to make an immediate impact? We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide top-quality urgent care services across multiple locations. This opportunity offers a comprehensive and rewarding environment where your skills truly matter. Work independently as the sole provider at each center, delivering urgent and emergent care to diverse adult and pediatric patients aged 6 months and up.
Play a critical role in treating a variety of cases, including minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and more. At the forefront of patient-centered care, you'll partner with hardworking support staff and be integral to our clinical team.
- Minimum of 12 months of relevant urgent care experience.
- Board certification through NCCPA, NP Boards, or Family NP Certification.
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system and ability to see and treat patients independently.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Exceptional soft skills to foster effective communication with patients and staff.
- Ability to handle up to 40 patients per day, including adults and children from 6 months onward.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care.
- Experience with minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations.
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
- Willingness to support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius of your residence.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate-level education in nursing or physician assistant studies.
- At least one year of hands-on urgent care experience.
- Comfortable working with EMR systems, specifically Epic.
- Valid licensure and certification in your respective field.
- No travel reimbursement; limited to mileage support within a specified radius.
- Must be available to start on or after December 31, 2025.
- Ability to participate in clinical interviews, EMR training, and onboarding prior to your first solo shift.
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), generous referral bonuses, licensure and certification support, paid sick time, and additional reimbursements when applicable.
