• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Full‑time, days shift – LPN

Sign‑on bonus: $7,500
