We are seeking an experienced cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and passionate about Italian cuisine. This role involves preparing menu items to standard, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a positive, team‑focused environment.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pizzas, pastas, and specialty items.
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage prep work, station setup, and inventory rotation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist with daily cleaning and closing procedures.

• Prior cooking experience required (Italian cuisine experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
