Position SummaryThe General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. These Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned. Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality and comply with all corporate and site‑specific policies.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities
- Picking: accurately pick orders using a pallet jack, and stage them. Pack, band, shrink wrap, and label products as per client requirements following SOPs.
- Quality Control: ensure all products and orders meet quality standards, report damages or discrepancies, and package and label as required.
- Safety, Housekeeping & Compliance: execute safety protocols, maintain cleanliness and orderliness, and comply with SOPs, corporate and site‑specific policies, OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Equipment Operation: use a pallet jack, maintain equipment, report problems, and operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
- Other Duties: perform additional duties as assigned and work overtime as needed.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Other Requirements:
Able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse (mild to moderate). - Computer
Skills:

English (reading, writing, verbal). - Mathematical
Skills:
Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities. - Other:
Strong attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- 6 months experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Occasionally: handling/fingering, sitting.
- Frequently: bending.
- Constantly: walking and standing.
- Lifting/Carrying and Push/Pull: 21–50 pounds, reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat or kneel.
Rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles; noise level usually low to moderate.

CompensationBase pay range: $18.07 – $18.07 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors.
