TRI Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Attendant to support our commercial flooring operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our installation crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need to complete projects safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain inventory.
• Prepare and stage materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming projects.
• Load and unload company vehicles with materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Clean, inspect, and properly store tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and report shortages.
• Deliver materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Drive company vehicles for deliveries and material pickups.
• Assist with warehouse and facility upkeep.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience driving company vehicles carrying equipment and materials preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
