Salary: 34,000 per annum
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent, hourly rate for 12 weeks
Location: Knowsley, Salford and Oldham
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Trade Operative to join a growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a competitive salary and opportunities for career progression.

The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs including:
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Tiling
  • Basic Plastering
  • Flooring repairs
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Complete job sheets and reports accurately.
• Manage materials and equipment responsibly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
• Strong skills across multiple trades, with a core trade qualification desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant CSCS card advantageous but not essential.
