An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Waiter / ess to join Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide information about seating arrangements.
• Explain menu items, including preparation methods and ingredients. Address any inquiries about allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Inform guests about daily specials and promotions not listed on the menu, ensuring they are aware of all available options.
• Verify guests’ identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service, adhering to local laws.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting any special requests, and communicate these promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
