Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced HGV Mechanic to join an established vehicle repair and maintenance business based in Kirkcaldy on a full-time permanent basis, paying £40,000+ per annum.

Our client operates a busy workshop maintaining a modern fleet of vehicles, offering consistent Monday to Friday hours with overtime available.

Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm - this may vary depending on business requirements
£40,000+ per annum - dependent on experience

As an HGV Mechanic, your duties will include:

Carrying out maintenance and repair work across a modern fleet of vehicles
Completing inspections, identifying faults and raising them with the Workshop Manager
Completing all relevant paperwork and maintaining accurate records of work carried out
Following company policies and procedures, particularly around health and safety
Maintaining a clean and tidy workshop environment

To be considered as an HGV Mechanic, you will need:

Proven experience in a mechanic or vehicle technician role
Good attention to detail with basic computer skills
A punctual, reliable and flexible approach to work
