Bridgnorth, Shropshire Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced engineer looking to join a leading JCB main dealer with genuine opportunities to increase your earnings and develop your career? We're recruiting for a skilled JCB Engineer to join a well-established dealership in the Bridgnorth area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a full range of JCB machinery while benefiting from excellent overtime opportunities, manufacturer training and clear progression pathways.

The Role Service, maintain and repair a full range of JCB machinery Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance Complete breakdown repairs efficiently and professionally Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards Accurately complete service documentation and reports Deliver excellent customer service while representing the dealership About You Previous experience working on construction, agricultural or plant machinery Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively Full UK driving licence JCB experience would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with relevant plant machinery experience This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer to join a market-leading dealership where hard work is rewarded with excellent overtime opportunities, ongoing training and genuine career progression.
