Net-Inspect is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. This is an in-office position (remote on occassion) supporting a growing organization in a structured, professional environment.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with monthly close and basic financial reports
- Support revenue tracking and sales-related accounting, including Hub Spot
- Manage sales tax calculations and compliance using Avalara Ava Tax
- Maintain organized documentation and records
- Work with internal teams and external accountants as needed
- Handle and access customer financial and transactional data in accordance with company and customer requirements
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Experience with Hub Spot preferred
- Experience with Avalara Ava Tax a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in an in-office setting
- U.S. citizenship is required due to customer contractual and data access requirements
