Office and Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office and Accounting Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a respected general contractor in Kirkland, WA. This role is ideal for an organized administrative and accounting professional who enjoys keeping office operations running smoothly while supporting accounts payable, vendor documentation, subcontract administration, and day-to-day business operations.

This is a strong opportunity to join a stable construction environment with supportive leadership, a collaborative team, and meaningful visibility into company operations. The Office and Accounting Manager will work closely with leadership, contribute directly to operational efficiency, and have the opportunity to grow responsibilities over time through cross-training in additional accounting functions.

• Manage daily office operations, incoming correspondence, administrative support tasks, and organized filing for accounting, vendors, and projects.
• Process accounts payable, enter vendor invoices, and maintain accurate accounting records using Sage accounting software.
• Prepare, distribute, track, and maintain subcontract agreements and related documentation.
• Review, track, and maintain Certificates of Insurance, W-9 forms, Positive Pay activity, and recurring monthly expenses.
• Support general office administration, special projects, and cross‑training in payroll, accounts receivable, and additional accounting functions as needed.

• Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
