Job Responsibilities
- Assist with dealer trade coordination and processing.
- Monitor and maintain dealer trade documentation and records.
- Prepare, scan, file, and organize vehicle and dealership paperwork.
- Enter data accurately into dealership management systems.
- Support the accounting, sales, and administrative teams as needed.
- Verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and office correspondence.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with special projects and additional clerical duties as assigned.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Previous administrative, office clerk, dealership office, title clerk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Automotive dealership experience.
- Experience handling dealer trades, vehicle titles, registrations, or deal paperwork.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems.
Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
