Intelligence Administrative Support Specialist

As an Intelligence
Administrative Support Specialist on our team, you’ll help your clients understand their mission environment and manage tasks and requirements. As the expert, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to build your expertise and broaden your skill set into areas likeintelligenceanalysis. You’ll share your expertise with other staff through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools.

You Have:Experience using Microsoft Office tools
Experience creating and writing new processes
Ability to manage tasks, requirements, and projecttimelinesassigned to different elements
Ability to manage senior leader calendars and maintain rosters and organizational charts
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with administrative support, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with administrative support
Experience working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel
Experience with requirements or task management tools such as COLISEUM, eTask, JSAP, or equivalent
Experience managing and facilitating Defense Travel System (DTS) activities
Experience using Share Point
Experience navigating organization and structural changes
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and balance competing priorities
Possession of excellent interpersonal and professional skills
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
