Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland is recruiting an experienced Stellantis technician who can step into advanced diagnostic and repair work and make an immediate impact.
As the Eastside’s #1 Stellantis / Fleet Service Center, we need a technician who understands these vehicles, diagnoses concerns accurately, documents repairs completely, and gets the job done right.
This is not a Junior technician opening. This is an opportunity for a proven professional whose Stellantis knowledge deserves to be recognized and rewarded.

The Technician We’re Looking For We want to speak with technicians who have advanced experience in areas such as:
Electrical and network diagnostics
Drivability and performance concerns
Engine diagnosis and repair
Transmission and driveline repair
Diesel diagnosis and repairHVAC and climate-control systems
Steering, suspension, and brake systems
Warranty and recall repairs
Fleet vehicle diagnosis and repair
Complex intermittent concerns
You do not need to specialize in every category, but you must be confident in your ability to diagnose vehicles—not simply replace parts.
What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Pro Master vehicles
Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnosis using OEM equipment and service information
Complete customer-pay, warranty, recall, and fleet repairs to manufacturer standards
Verify concerns and identify the root cause before recommending repairs
Document diagnosis, test results, causal failures, and completed repairs accurately
Perform multi-point inspections and identify legitimate safety and maintenance needs
Communicate clearly with service advisors, parts personnel, and shop leadership
Complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing workmanship
Stay current with applicable factory training, technical bulletins, and certifications
Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work area
Required Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess one or more of the following:
Current or recent Stellantis Level 2 or Level 3 trainingASE Master Automobile Technician certification
Extensive Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience
Equivalent advanced OEM diagnostic and repair experience
Candidates must also have:
Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
The ability to use scan tools, wiring diagrams, service information, and diagnostic test equipmentA record of producing quality work with limited comebacks
