As a Light Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our customers’ vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing oil and filter changes
• Completing tire rotations and tire-pressure inspections
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing thorough multi-point vehicle inspections
• Performing straight forward Parts Remove and replace
• Perform flashes and updates to onboard controllers
• Identifying maintenance and safety concerns
• Assisting with basic vehicle care and light-duty repairs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Learning dealership processes and manufacturer repair standards

This position is ideal for someone who has:

• Automotive trade school training or similar hands‑on mechanical experience
• A strong interest in building a career as a professional automotive technician
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and shop safety
• A desire to participate in manufacturer ongoing training
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• A positive attitude and team‑first mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• The drive to learn, improve, and take on additional responsibility

Previous dealership experience is not required. We are more interested in your mechanical ability, work ethic, dependability, and desire to grow.

Compensation $20.00-$25.00 per hour DOE

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
