We are looking for a dependable, motivated team member to join our dealership as an Assistant Internal Service Advisor/Lot Porter. This is a unique hybrid position that works closely with our service and internal operations teams, helping keep vehicle flow organized while supporting the service department with internal repair orders and communication.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands‑on, comfortable around vehicles, and able to balance customer‑service skills with the day‑to‑day physical responsibilities of a busy dealership.

Assistant Internal Service Advisor/Lot Porter

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate service and repair needs for dealership-owned and internal vehicles
  • Open, manage, and close internal repair orders
  • Communicate repair needs and vehicle status with technicians and dealership departments
  • Help prioritize internal vehicles and coordinate workflow with the service department
  • Review repair recommendations and help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain clear and accurate records throughout the repair process
  • Move vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas
  • Maintain an organized vehicle lot and service drive
  • Assist with vehicle staging for service, sales, deliveries, and other dealership needs
  • Fuel and check vehicles as needed
  • Assist with vehicle washing/clean‑up and general vehicle preparation
  • Perform vehicle pickups and deliveries when needed
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dealership environment

Qualifications Assistant Internal Service Advisor/Lot Porter Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to be a team player
  • Comfortable working around vehicles in a fast‑paced dealership environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to safely drive and maneuver a variety of vehicles
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
