In this role, you will work cross‑functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
We work closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, and more to design and develop technologies that improve access to the world’s information. Our team is responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to users.
In the era of hybrid work, users are collaborating via the beloved Google Workspace products such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Meet. This creates an opportunity to make Google Workspace the hub for all productivity work by transforming Workspace into a platform that powers a seamless experience for customers across workflows like document flows, requisition flows, expense approvals, customer support, and more.
You will be responsible for developing GenAI platform strategy for custom agents across Workspace and building out the tools and products to enable this transformation for billions of users. You will do this through developing end‑user experiences using GenAI technologies such as Gemini and Vertex AI, driving the evolution of our APIs, and partnering with key ISVs.

Responsibilities- Design and lead a multi‑year roadmap, balancing short‑ and long‑term goals and investments to scale globally.
- Own the cross‑functional product development process from ideation through development and commercial launch, collaborating with internal, executive, and external teams to ensure coordination, foster timely decision‑making, and deliver product success.
- Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with customers to understand their communication strategies, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success.
- Analyze industry trends to drive innovation while focusing on AI evaluations to design the best product.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving the product goal, defining the GTM strategy, and leading design.
US: $192,000 - $279,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.

- Baby bonding leave: 18 weeks.
- Holidays: 13 paid days per year.
