• Provide onboarding/training support for new employees as needed
• Provide best‑in‑class support to dealers and fleet customers on a regular basis
• Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for assigned responsibilities
• Work closely with external and internal stakeholders and management to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Work with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, and Quality departments to analyze and process warranty claims per the established guidelines
• Work in a collaborative environment

Able to travel as needed.

• 4-year degree completed or in progress required
• 3+ years of experience required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
• Good recall of detail and mechanical aptitude
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, just‑in‑time environment with rapidly changing objectives
• Ability to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision
• Ability to create and manage ad‑hoc queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to support claim management and goals (a plus)
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines in ambiguous situations
• Comfortable processing large volumes of claims data and providing data‑driven answers to questions about the material processed

Salary range for Warranty Team Lead is $77,700 – $116,200 annually. This position is eligible for a holiday gift and the full range of benefit options listed above.
