- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
- Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.

Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $222000 - $308000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Influence executive-level decision-making around core business strategy, such as prioritizing growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable insights to increase productivity.
- Organize the design and implementation of the business cadence to deliver effective operations, including reporting the success of Distributed and Sovereign Cloud by running Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with field leaders.
- Lead product strategy initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to structure and execute analyses, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate findings to executive management.
- Drive core operational activities, such as Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, Opex budget management, and headcount planning.
- Build and refine the team's data platform infrastructure (e.g., data pipelines, data models, and dashboards) to ensure it effectively tracks business performance (OKRs) and supports product decision-making across Distributed and Sovereign Cloud.
